60%Dirt Soft Sand Warning ***
Route Info:
Warning*** Do not attempt this route if you have no sand riding experience, Smaller bikes up to 750 cc and weighing less that 190kg are ideal - big bike riders will need to be very experienced in the soft sand and its not suitable with a pillion rider. From Transhex Diamond Mine onwards to Namaqua National Park and Hondeklipbaai is soft deep sand and bad gravel. The route back through Skaaprivier Canyon and Springbok is hard pack gravel and easy.
